Our team helps girls from all across the country prepare for sorority recruitment by working with them on social resumes, conversation skills, letters of recommendation, and more. We are here to ensure that you get the best, most accurate up-to-date advice so you can feel prepared, knowledgeable, and confident going through the process.

HOW DO I JOIN A SORORITY?
Sorority recruitment is a unique and complex process that begins months before you arrive at college! The sorority recruitment (sometimes called sorority rush) process includes creating a social resume (which is very different than a professional resume), registering with your school’s Panhellenic, gathering letters of recommendation, and attending a variety of social ‘parties’ where you get to meet the sorority members.
Once you attend your school’s rush parties, a mutual selection process begins where you, the potential new member, and the sorroity girls (otherwise known as active members) each vote on your expeience meeting one another. Through multiple days of parties and ranking your visits to each sorority, you begin to narrow down your options throughout the week until you eventually receive a bid to join one sorority!
Where Do I Begin?
In order to allow plenty of time to create your social resume, gather letters of rec, and practice your conversation skills, preparation for sorority recruitment should ideally start as soon as possible your senior year of high school. We can do things to help you prepare even before you have made your final college choice.
